We accept payments on our website in the form of credit card (Visa or Mastercard), multibanco, payshop, and MBWAY. Please note that we will start processing orders only after receiving payment confirmation from our payment processing partners (IFTHENPAY). Orders without confirmed payment within 3 days will be canceled.
All products on our site are priced in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the product prices. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based on the package weight and shipping location for each order. Before completing your purchase, you can review the final total price, which includes VAT and shipping costs.
Luferr is not responsible for any customs-related fees and/or costs that may apply in your country for international orders. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
To process your order, you must complete the order form with your email, name, phone number, correct and full shipping address, and billing address (if it differs from the shipping address). If you want the invoice to include your TAX ID Number, please provide that as well. It's your responsibility to ensure that all information is accurately and completely filled out.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will be used exclusively for communications related to your order. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via email.
We strive to display only items for sale that are in stock. However, if an item is out of stock, we will reach out to you to discuss options for either modifying the order or issuing a refund.
If you require a greater quantity than what's available on our online store, please contact us via email with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Currently, we only offer shipping to Portugal. If you would like delivery to an unsupported destination, please contact us via email with your order and shipping details, and we will make an effort to accommodate your request, providing you with shipping costs manually.
All items are produced upon order, with rare exceptions for non-customisable products where limited stock may be available. Items generally take between 24 and 48 hours to be produced. However, this lead time may extend up to 10 business days during periods of high demand. Should there be any prolonged delay, you will be notified, at which point you may choose to either wait for production to complete or cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. We typically ship orders within 3 business days and at most within 10 business days after receiving payment confirmation. If any delay occurs, we will notify you via email using the address you provided during checkout.
All our packages are sent with tracking numbers. Delivery is considered complete when the shipping company confirms delivery. Typical shipping times to Continental Portugal are 2-3 business days, and up to one week for the rest of Europe. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number, which will be sent to you via email and is also available in your account area.
Luferr guarantees the shipment of your order to the registered delivery address. In case of loss, we will refund the full purchase amount. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or non-compliance related to customs, events of force majeure, acts or omissions beyond our control, or for errors in the data required for delivery.
Each customer is responsible for picking up their order on time. If the order is returned to us, a new shipment will only be made upon receiving a new payment for additional shipping costs within 7 days. After this period, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs.
The customer has the right to terminate their contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. However, returns, cancellations or refunds do not apply to personalized goods, a situation provided for by law. Information on the consumer's (private customer) right to withdraw from the contract is described in detail in Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision to terminate the contract within the mentioned 14-day period. This should be done through an unambiguous statement, which includes the order number, sent via email to customercare@luferr.com.

Our products are unique due to the raw materials and handmade finishes. While they are reproduced based on a specific design, they may have unique nuances, and we cannot guarantee that they are exactly the same as the photograph.
  • For wooden rulers and markers, the tone may change with sunlight exposure. Handle them carefully to prevent breakage.
  • Clay art stamps may change over time due to glaze and natural craquelure. Dry them immediately after washing and handle with care.
  • Rubber stamps should be cleaned with suitable products or water-based inks, and never with solvents.
  • Card-stock and paper items may change tone with light exposure and are not water-resistant.
  • Stamped cards may fade over time with UV exposure, so store them in their packaging or protect them with a UV-resistant glass frame.
  • Burel wool fabric should not have loose threads pulled; instead, trim them with scissors. Clean cork and burel wool gently with a damp cloth.
  • Transparent film packaging is biodegradable; keep it away from moisture and prolonged heat.
Within two years from the delivery date, if a product does not conform to the contract, customers have the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or contract termination. The costs are covered by the seller. To exercise this right, report the issue to the seller within two months of detection.
The warranty excludes damage or malfunctions caused by improper or negligent use, or failure to follow the care recommendations provided above.
