Customer Support and Ownership

The products sold via our website are the property of Luferr, Concept Design, headquartered at Avenida Calouste Gulbenkian, Loja 11, 8000-072 Faro, Portugal. Tax ID # 516366980.

Prices and Payments

We accept payments on our website in the form of Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), Payshop, Multibanco, and MBWAY. Orders will be processed after payment confirmation is received from our payment processing partners (IFTHENPAY). Orders without confirmed payment within 3 days will be canceled.

All products on our site are priced in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate. Shipping costs are excluded and are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and shipping location. You can review the total final price, including VAT and shipping costs, before completing your order. Luferr, Concept Design, is not responsible for any customs-related fees and/or costs.

Order Confirmations

To process your order, you must complete the order form with your email, name, phone number, correct and full shipping address, and billing address (if different from the shipping address). If you wish to include your TAX ID Number on the invoice, please provide it. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information is correctly and completely filled out.

If you create an account, this information will be saved for your convenience and accessible only with your account password.

After completing your order, we will send a confirmation email used solely for order-related communication. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via email.

All items are produced upon order, with rare exceptions for non-customisable products where limited stock may be available. Items generally take between 24 and 48 hours to be produced. However, this lead time may extend up to 10 business days during periods of high demand. Should there be any prolonged delay, you will be notified, at which point you may choose to either wait for production to complete or cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we only ship to Portugal. If you need shipping to an unsupported destination, contact us via email with your order and shipping details, and we will attempt to accommodate your request and provide shipping costs manually.

We typically ship orders within 3 business days following their production, and at most within 10 business days after receiving payment confirmation. If delays occur, we will notify you by email to the address you provided during checkout.

All packages are sent with tracking numbers, and delivery is confirmed when the shipping company confirms delivery. Typical shipping times to Continental Portugal are 2-3 business days and up to one week for the rest of Europe. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number, which will be sent to you via email and is also available in your account area.

Luferr, Concept Design, guarantees shipment to the registered delivery address. In case of loss, we will refund the full purchase amount. However, we cannot be held responsible for customs-related delays, events of force majeure, acts or omissions beyond our control, or errors in the data necessary for delivery.

Each customer is responsible for timely order pickup. If an order is returned to us, a new shipment will be made only after payment of additional shipping costs within 7 days. After this period, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase amount minus shipping costs.

Returns – Consumer’s Right of Free Resolution

The customer has the right to terminate their contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision to terminate the contract within the mentioned 14-day period. This should be done through an unambiguous statement, which includes the order number, sent via email to customercare@luferr.com.

However, returns, cancellations or refunds do not apply to personalized goods, a situation provided for by law. Information on the consumer’s (private customer) right to withdraw from the contract is described in detail in Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008.

Product Uniqueness and Warranty

For after-sales assistance, contact Luferr at customercare@luferr.com.Our products are unique due to raw materials and handmade finishes. Although they follow a particular design, they possess unique nuances, and we cannot guarantee they match the photographs exactly.

Wooden rulers and markers may change tone with sunlight exposure and can break if mishandled.
Clay art stamps may change over time due to glaze and natural craquelure, requiring proper care.Rubber stamps should be cleaned with suitable products.
Card-stock and paper items are sensitive to light and not water-resistant.Stamped cards may fade with UV exposure, so protect them.
Burel wool should not have loose threads pulled; trim them with scissors.
Transparent film packaging is biodegradable, so keep it dry.

Our website is intended for private use, and reproduction, representation, or storage of its content, in whole or in part, without the written consent of Luferr, is not allowed. Disclosure for non-personal purposes also requires written consent.

Luferr, Concept Design, is not liable for any damages resulting from website use or inability to use it. We cannot guarantee the website’s content is always free from inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right, at any time, to make changes to website content, including prices, available pieces, descriptions, and terms and conditions without prior notice. Once you confirm your order, we will not make any changes to the terms and conditions that apply to that order.
